Choosing Pyrodigital isn't only about the hardware; it's about the people who stand behind it. The people who design and develop the system are the same ones behind every email and phone call: working pyrotechnicians who know the system inside out because they fire shows with it themselves.

Show setup is hard enough without wondering whether the gear will cooperate. Whenever you want a question answered, a second set of eyes, or a piece of hardware you're short on, our team is ready to assist, so you can keep your attention on the show itself.

  • While touring

    A tour leaves little room for surprises. If a system gives you trouble between dates, get in touch; it's the kind of thing we're well placed to help with.

  • In preparation

    Planning something ambitious? It can be worth another set of experienced eyes on the setup beforehand. We're glad to look over a configuration while there's still time to adjust it.

  • When the occasion demands

    Not everyone needs to own a full rig for the one or two big nights a year that call for it. If a show asks for more than you have on hand, it's worth a conversation: there's usually a way to work something out.

We won't promise the impossible. We've simply been known to come close.

We support Pyrodigital with the knowledge of the team that develops it and uses it in live productions. We understand the equipment, the preparation behind a show and the pressure of an approaching deadline. Contact us or the relevant service partner to discuss your service needs and upcoming production dates.

Include the device model, serial number and a description of the issue so the service team can assess the next step. Before sending equipment, contact the receiving team to confirm the available service options, the inspection process and the delivery address.
